Pavel Kokoshka Managing Director
Pavel Kokoshka has a 10 years experience working with Scandinavian companies. Pavel is holding a Master degree in international communication from Moscow State Linguistic University. Before Scandia Trade he held a position as Head of the Representative Office in Russia and a Regional Sales Manager at PROGIRA Radio Communication AB developing PROGIRA’s sales in Russia and CIS from scratch and working with international sales worldwide. He also supported business development in Russia and CIS of such broadcasting companies as Exir Broadcasting AB and ProTelevision Technologies A/S. Before joining Progira Pavel worked for American Express in Moscow in a Sales Department then moving to a marketing position at CnetChannel. In 2006 Pavel started working for the Swedish Trade Council (current Business-Sweden) in Moscow dealing with market analysis, partners search and other consulting projects for Swedish companies willing to start or develop business in Russia. Pavel was engaged in different projects within IT, telecommunication, oil and gas, construction, forestry, pharmacy and other industries. He speaks fluently English, Swedish and Russian.

Alexander Zubilov Business Development Director, Russia
Alexander Zubilov is Russian-born but many years lived and worked in Sweden. He holds Master of Science degree in Physics from Moscow State University and also has MBA from Norwegian School of Management BI. Alexander has an extensive experience in business development in Russia within many different industries. Before joining Scandia Trade he worked for eight years at Exportrådet (Swedish Trade Council, current Business-Sweden) in Russia. Last several years he held a position of Head of Moscow office successfully managing a team of professional consultants. Under his management Moscow office became one of the best performing Exportrådet offices (among 67) in the world. In addition to management skills Alexander has broad hands-on experience in strategy development, market analysis, recruitment, partner search, evaluation of production relocation, negotiation with commercial and state organizations and authorities on top level, international trade etc. He managed numerous different consulting projects supporting Swedish companies in business development on Russian market. Alexander also has entrepreneurial experience. Before starting at Exportrådet Alexander founded and successfully developed several companies within agriculture, retail and management consulting areas. He speaks fluent English, Russian and basic Swedish.

Natalia Frigstad Business Development Director, Norway
Natalia Frigstad is a Russian national living and working in Norway. She holds a master degree in marketing and PR and has an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School. Natalia has a broad experience in business development in Russia, CIS & Baltic States within IT, telecom, oil & gas, trade, branding, import / export, etc. During her career, Natalia held several management positions in various private companies in Norway and Russia, including Gazprom, the biggest world gas company, RESTEC, the leading Russian trade show organizer and Depot WPF Brand & Identity, Russia´s leading brand-management company working with such companies as Nestle, Unilever, Danon etc on the Russian market. In Norway Natalia worked for international telecoms company TANDBERG, bought by Cisco in 2010, where she as a head of marketing for Russia, CIS & Baltic States opened an office in Moscow and contributed to company’s multi-million commercial success on the market. She has more than 12 years of international experience in developing projects, market research, project launch, marketing communication, strategy development, sales support, distribution and international cooperation. She speaks fluent English, Russian & Norwegian.
